What To Know

  • The Masked Singer has been renewed for Season 15.
  • Production will shift from Fox Entertainment Studios to Eureka Productions.
  • Filming is likely moving from California to New Jersey to take advantage of tax incentives.

The Masked Singer has officially been renewed for Season 15 — but with a major change to production.

On May 8, Deadline reported that the Fox competition series is coming back to TV screens for the 2026–2027 TV season. However, the show is switching up its production company and, as a result, likely its location too.

Fox Entertainment Studios will no longer produce The Masked Singer, starting with Season 15. Instead, Eureka Productions is taking over the role, and it is looking at a new filming location on the East Coast. Per Deadline, Eureka plans to move production to New Jersey, where the company can take advantage of 30% tax incentives on qualified expenses and up to 40% on certain projects. Unlike California, where Season 14 was filmed, New Jersey includes unscripted shows in its tax incentive program.

Additionally, a move to the East Coast could allow for better access to Broadway performers and other stars working in New York. (Plus, host Nick Cannon also has a home in the Garden State, so commute shouldn’t be an issue.)

It’s worth noting that The Masked Singer production change isn’t the show’s first — just the first one in a while. Endemol Shine North America produced Season 1 before Fox took over.

In April, Ashlee Simpson won The Masked Singer Season 14 as Galaxy Girl. Before that, the winners, by season, were: T-Pain, Wayne Brady, Kandi Burruss, LeAnn Rimes, Nick Lachey, Jewel, Teyana Taylor, Amber Riley, Bishop Briggs, Ne-Yo, Vanessa Hudgens, Boyz II Men, and Gretchen Wilson.

A premiere date for Season 15 has not been announced, as of writing. However, it’s likely that a late 2026 or early 2027 kick-off is in store for fans.

What do you think of the production changes? Who do you hope to see on The Masked Singer Season 15?
