There’s perhaps no better way to celebrate a birthday as an e-tailer than with an epic collection. And that’s exactly what LuisaViaRoma has done this week, launching an exclusive Off-White collection to celebrate its 90th birthday.

The brand began celebrations for its milestone birthday back in June with an elaborate runway show in partnership with stylist extraordinaire Carine Roitfeld in Florence. Now, they’re keeping the party going with the launch of this new collection. Called LVR x Off-White, the capsule was designed with a pastel-meets-monochrome theme with pieces for both men and women (the brand’s pieces have always been relatively gender-fluid in any case). The collection draws its inspiration from the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence and the colours used throughout are reflective of its exterior. LuisaViaRoma calls the capsule “a love letter to architecture, the renaissance and the modernity of our times.”

Designer Virgil Abloh has revisited some of the brand’s key styles for the collaboration, offering up a black denim jacket with the brand’s signature arrow logo, as well as an industrial belt and high-top sneakers. Plus, there’s phone cases, tees, trousers, leggings, baseball hats, a soft lace bodysuit and a marbled handbag on offer, too.

Abloh and his Off-White brand are no strangers to collaboration, having teamed up with Rimowa, Byredo, Nike, KITH, Moncler, Vans, Levi’s and Montreal-based e-tailer SSENSE in the past.

And speaking of Nike, according to Footwear News, Abloh’s take on the brand’s Waffle Racer sneakers will be available to purchase from next month. They first appeared on the runway in Paris last year.

In the meantime, the exclusive Off-White collection for LuisaViaRoma is now available to purchase online.
