When it comes to The Real Housewives franchise, we’re absolutely spoiled for choice. Nearly every corner of the U.S. has its own franchise full of wealthy women yelling, throwing drinks, and hosting over-the-top parties. But the one that truly has us hooked is The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. And no, it’s not to be confused with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, though both series share plenty of Mormon moms, explosive arguments, and jaw-dropping drama.
RHOSLC is the franchise that gave us Jen Shah, who was ultimately sentenced to prison for wire fraud. It has also delivered some of the most unforgettable moments in Housewives history: Jen’s dramatic arrest, the mystery surrounding Heather Gay‘s black eye, and Lisa Barlow‘s now-iconic hot mic rant about Meredith Marks (“Meredith is a piece of f*cking sh*t!”).
Season 7 brings back Lisa, Heather, Meredith, Mary Cosby, Angie Katsanevas, Bronwyn Newport, and Whitney Rose. This time, the women are heading to San Francisco and Hawaii, and if Housewives history has taught us anything, they’ll be packing just as much chaos as luggage.
A lot has happened since we last saw the cast, including multiple divorces. Before Season 7 of RHOSLC premieres on September 16, here’s everything you need to know to catch up on where the women stand.

Bryan Steffy / Getty Images Lisa has been stirring the pot since The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City premiered. Is there anything Lisa hasn’t done? She and her husband, John Barlow, founded Vida Tequila, which launched in 2007. She also runs LUXE Marketing, a firm heavily involved with the Sundance Film Festival, earning her the nickname “The Queen of Sundance.” As if that wasn’t enough, Lisa added “pop star” to her résumé when she released her debut single in June 2026. And somehow, that’s still not the full list. When it comes to her personal life, Lisa met John through her older sister, who served an LDS (Latter-day Saints) mission with him. The couple has been married for more than 20 years and share two sons, Jack, 21, and Henry, 14.

In recent seasons, Lisa and John have been open about the challenges in their marriage. Lisa has admitted she often feels unheard, while the couple has struggled to communicate effectively despite their long history together. Even so, John has remained one of Lisa’s biggest supporters, frequently stepping in to defend her whenever tensions with her castmates reach a boiling point.
Santiago Felipe / Getty Images Meredithis another original cast member of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City who has dipped her toe into just about everything. She has degrees in business and law, but went on to open a Pilates studio that eventually grew into a full health club. She later sold it to study jewelry, leading her to open her own jewelry boutique in Utah. Then came a caviar brand (iconic), a podcast with her husband, a DJ career, and even her own line of bath bombs. Okay, Meredith! As mentioned, Meredith has a hubby, Seth Marks. The couple wed in 1996 and share three children: Reid, 29, Brooks, 27, and Chloe, 25. Brooks has also stepped into the reality TV world, joining the cast of Bravo’s Next Gen NYC. Meredith and Seth have certainly had their ups and downs. Seth filed for divorce in August 2019, but withdrew the petition four months later in December. Their marriage came under even more public scrutiny during Season 6, when costar Britani Bateman brought up unverified cheating allegations that originated on TikTok. Meredith has denied the claims, and the couple seems to be holding on.

Alise King / Bravo Not only is Mary an OG member of RHOSLC, but the show reportedly came together after NBC met her and then sought out other women to join her on the cast. However, after skipping the Season 2 reunion, Mary did not return as a full-time cast member for Season 3. She came back as a friend of the show in Season 4 before being promoted to full-time Housewife again in Season 5. Mary’s personal life is, well, complicated. She was previously married to Dana Harris, but the couple divorced in September 1998. Following the January 1997 death of her grandmother, Rosemary Cosby, Mary married Robert C. Cosby, her step-grandfather. Yes, you read that correctly. Mary has described the relationship as an “arranged marriage,” explaining that it was part of her grandmother’s wishes: “It was kind of in my grandma’s will for us to marry.” Through her marriage to Robert, Mary became the First Lady of Faith Temple Pentecostal Church in Salt Lake City, an institution that has faced allegations from fellow RHOSLC cast members and others that it operates as a “cult.” Her marriage and role in the church also contributed to an estrangement from her mother that lasted until her mother’s death in January 2025. Mary and Robert had one son, Robert Jr., who died in February 2026 at the age of 23. Mary has spoken about the devastating loss and said the tragedy has brought her and Robert closer together, describing her husband as her “rock.” Season 7 will give viewers a closer look at Mary’s journey through grief as she tries to heal while navigating life after the loss of her son.

Alise King / Bravo Heather is an OG wifey and the founder of Beauty Lab + Laser, a successful medical spa. She also has quite the résumé as an author. Heather released her first book, Bad Mormon: A Memoir, in 2023, which landed on The New York Times Best Sellers list. She followed it up with Good Time Girl in December 2024 and is set to make her fiction debut with the horror novel Eternal Glow in October 2026. Because apparently being a Housewife and running a business wasn’t enough. Heather was married to Frank William Gay III for 11 years, though their divorce took another three years to finalize. The former couple shares three daughters: Ashley, 23, Georgia, 20, and Annabelle, 19.

Her dating life has also gotten plenty of attention. Heather previously sparked fan speculation about a possible romance with Captain Jason Chambers from Below Deck Down Under. The pair quickly shut down the rumors, explaining that they were simply hanging out as friends.
These days, however, Heather’s relationship status is a little more official. She’s currently dating a new boyfriend named Tripp, who we’ll presumably be seeing more of this season.
Bruce Glikas / Getty Images Bronwyn wears many hats. Since joining The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City in 2024, she’s showcased her life as a television personality, Broadway producer, fashion influencer, and entrepreneur. She also holds citizenship in Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Throughout her time on the show, Bronwyn has been open about becoming pregnant while attending Brigham Young University. After conceiving her daughter, Gwen— now 19 — out of wedlock, she was suspended from the university. Years later, she married former Palm, Inc. CEO Todd Bradley in 2016. In December 2025, Bronwyn and Todd announced they were separating after nine years of marriage. Despite the split, the two have remained on amicable terms and have even been spotted attending baseball games and other events together. Season 7 will follow Bronwyn as she re-enters the dating world. However, her romance with model Brandon Good quickly becomes a point of contention, with several of her castmates expressing skepticism about the relationship.

Koury Angelo / Bravo Angie officially joined The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City as a full-time Housewife in Season 4, though longtime viewers feel she’s been part of the show’s orbit since the beginning. She met her husband, Shawn Trujillo, during a blowout appointment, and the pair went on to cofound the Lunatic Fringe salon in 1999. What started as a single salon has since grown into a successful beauty empire, with multiple locations, a beauty school, and a beauty supply store. Together, they share a 15-year-old daughter, Elektra. The RHOSLC Season 7 trailer suggests viewers will watch the demise of their relationship on screen. In one tearful moment, Shawn tells Angie that if they decide to end their marriage, their teenage daughter, Elektra, has to come first, warning that the split will be devastating for her.
Angie Katsanevas
Unfortunately, Angie and Shawn weren’t immune to the Season 7 relationship shake-ups. After 27 years together, the couple announced their separation in July 2026. Throughout their time on RHOSLC, their marriage had already been tested by rumors surrounding Shawn’s sexuality and allegations of infidelity, both of which they publicly denied.
Koury Angelo / Bravo Whitney has been a main cast member since The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City premiered, with much of her journey centering on her marriage to Justin Rose. The couple shares two children, Bobbie and Brooks, who are now 16 and 13. Over the years, Whitney and Justin have been candid about their financial struggles. In 2022, Justin lost his executive job, leaving him unemployed for more than a year and forcing the couple to adjust to a new dynamic at home. Their challenges only grew when Whitney revealed they had lost more than $500,000 after investing heavily in a skincare business that ultimately failed. Despite those setbacks, the couple appeared to come out stronger. In November 2025, Whitney marked their 16th wedding anniversary with a heartfelt social media tribute, reflecting on all that they had overcome together. But just months later, in July 2026, Whitney and Justin announced they were separating. Plot twist. Multiple reports claimed the pair had gradually begun living separate lives amid ongoing financial pressures and career challenges. The RHOSLC Season 7 trailer hints that viewers will see the breakdown of their marriage unfold on screen, with Whitney saying she doesn’t know whether she and Justin can move forward together.

Ashley Quai / Instagram Ashley Quai is RHOSLC Season 7’s newbie! The former makeup artist is a friend of Lisa and Whitney. Ashley is married, but she hasn’t shared her husband’s name publicly. On September 5, Ashley and her hubby celebrated their second anniversary. “Happy anniversary to the one I’d marry all over again… probably. JK, JK. He’s still my favorite person to annoy, and his snores are still the sweetest sound, so I’d say we’re doing just fine,” she wrote on Instagram.

Koury Angelo / Bravo Britani Bateman is back once again as a “friend” for RHOSLC Season 7. The actress and singer has been appearing on the show since Season 5. Britani has avery interesting love life. The mom of two has been married and divorced twice. However, her on-again, off-again relationship with Jared Osmond, Donny and Marie Osmond‘s nephew, has been the subject of much attention. Britani and Jared’s romance was a nonstop roller coaster. In Season 5, Britani said that she and Jared had broken up 16 times over the course of eight months. As of August 2026, Britani and Jared are no longer dating. Despite Jared repeatedly trying to contact Britani, she has no interest in getting back together with him. When asked on The John Hill Show whether reconciliation was still a possibility, Britani responded, “Hell no.”
