Daniel Lee debuted his first collection for Bottega Veneta in December 2018, and in just over a year has made the historic fashion house one of the most buzzed about brands today. It won big at the 2019 Fashion Awards this past December, where it took home the prize in all the categories it was nominated for: Accessories Designer of the Year, Brand of the Year, Designer of the Year and British Designer of the Year – Womenswear.

According to the Lyst Index, a ranking of fashion brands and products based on online searches, Lee’s creative direction took the Italian house up two spots on the list of the hottest brands in fashion in 2019.
