With New York and London done for the season, it’s Milan’s time to shine.
After a stellar start in New York, and then a cool week in London, Fashion Month continues to move at a rapid pace with the fash pack touching down in Milan yesterday for the first day of Milan Fashion Week S/S20.
Prada was the first brand to show its newest collection, followed by Peter Pilotto who debuted a gender neutral collection for the first time.
And the style set is showing no signs of fashion fatigue, serving up a range of screenshot-worthy street style looks in the Italian city. Suiting is a major trend so far, whether printed or pinstripe, and so too is pairing a tailored shirt with high-waisted trousers. As with London and New York, brights continue to dominate the streets via handbags, printed separates and accessories and footwear remains practical, too, with sneakers, kitten heels and lug-sole boots all proving popular.
