Gabrielle Carteris, her Beverly Hills, 90210 and BH90201 costar, said on Instagram, “So young – so sad. May you RIP Shannon [sic]. I know Luke is there with open arms to love you.”

Carol Potter, who played Shannen’s mother on Beverly Hills, 90210, shared, “Shocked and saddened by news of Shannon [sic] Doherty’s death. What a journey she has been on! Gone too soon. Throughout, she stayed true to herself and gave us an example of courage and perseverance in facing her own death. May she rest in peace.❤️🙏”

Jason Priestly, who played Brenda Walsh’s twin brother Brandon on Beverly Hills 90210 also took to Instagram to share his sadness at Shannen’s passing.

Dave Coulier, who starred in the iconic ’90s series Full House, shared his thoughts on Shannen’s strength while remembering all of the other women in his life who have succumbed to cancer.

Kevin Smith, who cast and starred with Shannen in Mallrats and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, shared a long tribute to his friend.

“When I told him my next flick was essentially ‘Clerks in a Mall’, Malcolm insisted ‘Then you gotta cast Doherty! She’s an American icon!’ That she was, and so much more,” he revealed.

Smith continued, “She’s died way too soon. I already miss you, Do-Do. Thank you for going to the Mall with me – and for thirty years of friendship.”

Brian Krause, who starred with Shannen on Charmed shared this warm message on Instagram about his friend and costar:

“You showed me what strength is. You taught me to be fearless and live with purpose. To know your value and stick to your determinations.
Forever loved!
Truly heartbroken 😔”

Dean Butler, who played Almanzo Wilder, uncle to Shannen’s Jenny on Little House on the Prairie, posted a photo of Almanzo and Jenny on Instagram with a simple message grieving Shannen’s loss.

Rose McGowan, who joined Charmed after Shannen’s departure, wrote a moving tribute to her friend on Sunday.

“Shannen Doherty had the heart of a lion. Passion for craft is often mislabeled as trouble. Shannen was passion,” McGowan said.

She continued, “Shannen’s great love for directing, for acting, Holly, her friends, her parents, dog and her beloved fans was legendary.

“Our lives had been intertwined in a unique way. We laughed at dark forces who wanted us to hate each other, instead we chose love and respect.”

While much has been said about the feud between Shannen and her Charmed costar, Alyssa Milano, The New York Post reached out to Milano, who shared kind thoughts in the wake of her costar’s death.

“It’s no secret that Shannen and I had a complicated relationship, but at its core was someone I deeply respected and was in awe of,” Milano, 51, said about her “Charmed” costar in a statement to The Post on Sunday.

“She was a talented actress, beloved by many, and the world is less without her. My condolences to all who loved her.”

Those closest to her, such as Charmed’s Holly Marie Combs and Shannen’s Beverly Hills, 90210 and BH90210 costars, are still grieving the tremendous loss privately.

We’ll continue to add to this page as more tributes arrive.

Rest in Peace, Shannen. You were greatly loved.
