BINGEWATCH continues to impress us not only with his Blind Tiger imprint, but also his music. He’s still flying high off of his previous single “LA TO NY” and now he’s back with a mesmerizing EP, ‘This Is House Music’ out now via Insomniac’s IN/ROTATION.
One neat fact is that this EP was created with his new analog studio set up. As any BINGEWATCH fan knows, he’s a big analog fan and his hardware knowledge is incredible. The title track was inspired by an elegant and sexy spoken-word vocal that lures you into a stunning deep-house groove with classic chords & a bass-line that really sets a mood.
“STAY” was created in a more minimal style to show off the traditional M1 organ pluck paired with melodic vocals. It’s a smoother side of BINGEWATCH’s sound that is simply irresistible. Supported by a bouncing bass line and nostalgic 90s rave vibes, “DANCE WITH ME NOW” is a seductive track, perfect on any dancefloor during sunset.
“I was really trying to go for a super traditional and classic deep-house vibe with this EP. I love analogue gear and house music, so I felt that was the best way to showcase that in this EP coming out on IN / ROTATION. I’m really excited to put this out on IN / ROTATION, this label has supported many amazing artists that I look up to.
