When she was unable to produce a boarding pass or evidence or a ticket, she was arrested “without incident” and charged with felony criminal trespassing, according to the New York Post.
During a hearing Monday, Payton’s legal reps said their client struggled with PTSD and anxiety disorder. The court ordered Payton to be released on $500 bail, and she was also banned from visiting the airport.
Hov has not commented on the incident.
