In recent years, Days of Our Lives has often been criticized for its lack of romance.
But during the week of 10-21-19, it looks like there’s plenty of it.
According to the spoiler video, there will be two proposals, plus Eli and Lani are getting ready to tie the knot.
The official spoiler video features scenes of both Justin proposing to Adrienne and Jack proposing to Jennifer.
These two couples are both popular couples from the 1980s, which is generally considered the Golden Age of romance for Days of Our Lives, and they both have a ton of fans.

According to the video, Sonny walks in on Justin about to propose to Adrienne, while Jennifer opens a pastry and finds a ring inside.
Hopefully, both of these weddings go off without someone or something interfering, but this is Salem so that’s not likely!
Eli and Lani also begin planning their wedding on Days of Our Lives during the week of 10-21-19 while Jordan makes a move against Ben and Ciara.

Xander asks Sarah for a favor in exchange for keeping her secret.
So much for Xander being a changed man.

His continued silence about Sarah’s pregnancy comes at a price. Most likely, he is going to ask her not to leave town.
Technically, it isn’t blackmail if he’s only asking and not demanding, but his knowledge of her secret is leverage.
Either way, Sarah is not going to respond well to this, and will probably set Xander back in his quest to win her heart.
Jennifer tries to access Rolf’s flash drive.
Rolf randomly left a flash drive lying around, which Kayla gave to Jennifer.
But Rolf rarely does anything by accident, so could the flash drive contain a computer virus or otherwise cause problems for Jennifer over at the Spectator?
If it does contain important information, it’s probably hidden under layers of security, so it’s unlikely Jennifer will open the drive anytime soon.
Jordan cooks up a deadly plan.
Jordan supposedly invited Ben and Ciara to baby David’s birthday party so she can make amends.
But according to spoilers, she’s really planning on giving Ciara a poisoned cupcake.
Last time Jordan tried this, she was motivated by the desire to stop Ben from hurting Ciara by doing it herself.
Is she doing the same thing now?
Kayla and Roman question Hope’s odd behavior.
Hope was last seen stealing the portrait of Stefano from the Dimera mansion living room.
It appears she succeeds in that endeavor, but Kayla and Roman are going to begin questioning her strange behavior.
Ciara is already worried, so hopefully, between the three of them, someone can figure out what’s going on with Hope.
Eli and Lani plan their wedding, unaware that Gabi is planning to end their happiness.
Gabi’s plans depend on Lani contnuing to allow Gabi to push her around.
She has no leverage over Lani. None. All Lani has to do is tell Eli that Gabi forced her to beg for her to donate Stefan’s heart to Julie.
Spoilers say that Gabi will demand Lani dump Eli at the altar. Let’s hope she grows a backbone and ignores this stupid demand.
Brady receives the results of the paternity test.
It’s Salem, where paternity test results are seldom accurate on the first try.
And this is Kristen he’s dealing with, who is never honest unless it’s calculated to get her what she wants — which is Brady in her bed.

So there’s no reason for him to trust the results, whatever they are, but he probably will.
Either way, Brady didn’t need to move Kristen into the Kiriakis mansion, and he doesn’t need to hook up with Kristen if she is carrying his baby.
Jack asks Jennifer to marry him.
YES!!! Jack and Jennifer fans have been waiting for this moment for nine long months (not counting the six years that Jack was presumed dead.)
Let’s hope this proposal is every bit as romantic as it deserves to be and that Jennifer says yes.
On the day of Stefan’s funeral, Gabi swears vengeance.
Gabi is a vengeance addict, so this is unsurprising.
Now her rant about how Stefan sent her to prison and she was beaten so badly she can’t have children has been forgotten, only to be replaced with a rant about Lani stole JJ and Eli from her and now killed her husband.
Enough already! There are other ways Gabi could react to Stefan’s death besides yet another spiral downward into obnoxious, vengeful behavior.
Rolf completes his plan against Hope.
Many viewers have guessed that Rolf did something to turn Hope into Princess Gina again.
Future spoilers confirm that’s the case. But how does Stefano’s portrait figure into this plan, besides Gina’s history as an art thief?
If Joe Mascolo were still alive, Rolf would probably turn that portrait into a living, breathing Stefano. But since he isn’t, this aspect of the story is a mystery.
Ciara suddenly doesn’t feel well at David’s party.
It looks like Jordan’s poison is taking effect — or is it?
Could Ciara be coming down with the flu (or worse, morning sickness?)
Or could she be faking illness as part of her quest to prove that Jordan is trying to eliminate her?
